Does SPABIE work on mobile websites?
Yes. SPABIE is designed to be fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile devices, ensuring that your website’s booking functionality is accessible to users on smartphones and tablets.
How will I know in real time that new bookings are made?
When a customer successfully book an appointment, your website service agent will immediately send you a detail message regarding the booking. You can go to the Appointment section of your dashboard to view the detail and also communicate with the customer regarding the appointment.
Can clients book appointments for more than one person at a time?
Yes, a client can book appointments for him/herself as well as anyone else as long as s/he put their names in the name field properly.
How do they book multiple services in one session?
First of all, the spa owner needs to create the multiple service in their backend, then customers can choose the combination of the service when booking their appointments.
My website is in another language. Can I have SPABIE translated from English into my language?
While most modern browsers (such as Chrome and Edge) can automatically translate any language to the default language of the cellphone, some browsers may lack such functionality. We provide website translation service which hard-codes the language into your website and will not be able to translate to other languages at $20/pg.
Is there a free trial?
SPABIE doesn’t specifically offer a free trial, but we encourage all spa owners to try the features in our demo site. This demo site allows you to explore many of the basic functionalities and get a feel for how SPABIE works. It’s a good starting point to evaluate the core capabilities of our system.
